And apparently they do something fancy today.
While on our holiday break down in Tampa/St. Pete, we snooped around for some finer-grounds, naturally. My sister-in-law mentioned the folks over at Buddy Brew, who are roasting some damn good coffee in-house. You can see the operation front and center, with various types in buckets, wating for their time to come. I think the heat was off, cause this place was freezing! Other than that, everyone was having fun, joking around while we enjoyed some tasty cappucinos and a poached egg on toast. Definitely some of the best coffee you’ll find in Tampa.
